The Stony Plain Eagles rolled into Westlock and handed the Warriors a convincing 9-4 defeat on Saturday night.
Led by a balanced offensive attack and some top notch goaltending from Colton Iwaschuk (22 saves), the Eagles used seven different goal scorers to give them their third win in a row.
Brad Bourke was all over the ice, contributing five assists, while Scott Glennie and Kruise Reddick each chipped in a pair of goals.
The Eagles will look to continue their winning ways next weekend as they head to Camrose to take on the first place Bruins.
